Who stands behind peterengineers.ai, how to reach him, and who answers for what is published here.
Site operator
peterengineers.ai is run by Peter Wiederkehr, in Switzerland. There is no company behind it, no commercial-register entry and no VAT registration. The site is his own, written and run in his own name, not on behalf of any employer or client. Nothing is sold here and it carries no advertising. It argues a position: software engineering is changing because coding agents are taking on production work, and that asks a different way of working of the people who build systems and of the people who answer for them.
Contact
Email is the way to reach him: peter@peterengineers.ai. Anything that needs an answer you can hold him to belongs there rather than on a social platform — a correction, a request to take something down, a question about your account or the email digest, a data-protection request.
Responsible for the content
Responsible for all content on peterengineers.ai is Peter Wiederkehr, reachable at the email address above. The articles are written by him and the conclusions in them are his own. They are not the position of any employer, client or organisation he works with, and none of those has reviewed or approved what appears here.
Liability for content
The articles are written with care and give Peter Wiederkehr’s personal reading of a subject at the time of publication; he gives no guarantee that they are current, accurate or complete. They are opinion, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Reading one starts no advisory relationship, and a decision you take on the strength of an article remains your own.
Liability for links
Where this site links out, the linked pages are other people’s content, and whoever runs a page answers for it. The linked pages were checked at the time the link was made; there is no ongoing monitoring of them afterwards. A link is not an endorsement.
Copyright
Unless a page notes otherwise, the text, diagrams and images on peterengineers.ai come from Peter Wiederkehr and are protected by copyright. Quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Anyone who wants to republish a whole article, translate one, or show a diagram elsewhere needs his permission first — ask by email, and you will usually get it. A few images on the Resources pages are not his: an official channel picture or a company logo, shown so it is clear who or what is being recommended. If you hold the rights to one of those, or you are the person in it, write and it comes down.
